Accounts that have no assets and the automation setting disable:
Please use the email address bound to your account to send a request to email@example.com, attaching UID and the description of which item you need to change. We will process it within 1 working day.
Accounts that have assets or the automation setting enable: Please use the email address bound to your account to send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a photo of the hand-held ID/Passport containing your face, along with a paper description: date (the day you submit the request) + business description (for example 20200101 change the phone/GA ). We will process it when we confirmed the information you provide is consistent with your account.
If you cannot send a request via the email address bound to your account, please provide the relevant account information (applicant name/institution name, etc.) to confirm that the account is indeed owned by you, and provide a relevant hand-held photo. Once it's been confirmed, we will help you to change it. Thanks for understanding.
