Step 1) Log in to your account and select [Link Bank Account] under [User Center] in the upper right-hand corner. Select [Bank Accounts] on the left side;
Step 2) Select [Add new account] ;
Step 3) Choose the type of transfer method and fill in the bank account details;
Step 4) Select [Submit] once all the fields are filled correctly and complete the 2FA verification.
Note: If you need to connect SEN account as a receiving account, please contact your Silvergate bank manager to connect with the SEN account ending in digits *5402 in advance. After the connection is completed, contact us at support@stcoins.com attaching your SEN account, and we will get back to you when you are able to link SEN account at stcoins.com.
***If the linked SEN account has changed, please contact support@stcoins.com, providing us with your updated SEN account, and we will follow up on the change.
Step 5) Enter the verification codes sent to the email/cellphone number / Google Authenticator bound to your account, then select [Confirm]. Your new bank account information will now be available in the [Bank List] under [Bank Accounts].
Notice:
Please read and abide by the below guidelines or your withdrawal request may be rejected or delayed:
- You can add multiple bank accounts from different banks. Please make sure the information you entered is accurate and consistent with the information provided by your bank.
- Only a personal bank account can be linked to an individual account. Similarly, only a business bank account can be linked to an institutional account, and the bank account name must be consistent with the name of the institution.
- We do not support withdrawals to Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of China (Hong Kong).
