If you still have access to the linked cellphone or Google Authenticator, please follow these steps to change your security settings:
a. Change cellphone number:
Step 1) Log in to your account and select [User Center] in the upper right-hand corner. Select [Account Security] on the left side, and select the [Change Cellphone Number] button to the right of [Link Cellphone];
Step 2) Enter the new cellphone number and select [Send] to send a verification code to that number, enter the verification code exactly as it appears on your phone and then select [Link]. You will then need to enter the verification code sent to the email associated with your account to verify. Select [Confirm] to complete the request.
Note: You will not be allowed to purchase HUSD, redeem USD or withdraw USD within 24 hours after modifying your security settings.
b. Change GA:
Step 1) Log in to your account and select [User Center] in the upper right-hand corner. Select [Account Security] on the left side, and select the [Relink] button to the right of [Google Authenticator];
Step 2) A confirmation box will pop up, select [Confirm] to proceed.
Step 3) Download and open the Google Authenticator App on your mobile phone, scan the QR code shown on the page or enter the Secret Key manually. An one-time 6-digit verification code will be generated for a valid period of time (usually 30 seconds). Enter the 6-digit code exactly as it appears in your Google Authenticator App, and then select the [Relink] button. You will then need to again enter the verification code sent to the email associated with your account to verify. Select [Confirm] to complete the request.
Note: You will not be allowed to purchase HUSD, redeem USD or withdraw USD within 24 hours after modifying your security settings.
