USD Deposit/Withdrawal supports two methods: SEN and WIRE
1.SEN: SEN is an internal transfer that can be completed very quickly. Users can contact Silvergate Bank to open a bank account and apply to connect with SEN account *5402. The process generally takes 2 business days. After the connection is successful, the user can choose the SEN method for real-time transfer with zero fees.
Note: If you need to connect SEN account as a receiving account, please contact your Silvergate bank manager to connect with the SEN account ending in digits *5402 in advance. After the connection is completed, contact us at email@example.com attaching your SEN account, and we will get back to you when you are able to link SEN account at stcoins.com.
***If the linked SEN account has changed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, providing us with your updated SEN account, and we will follow up on the change.
2.WIRE: For users who do not own an SEN account, they can choose the WIRE transfer method which supports USD transfers for deposit. Account deposit information can be obtained from the deposit page.
1)ABA: A method of WIRE transfer, applicable for domestic bank transfers in the United States. Normally, it takes one business day to complete the settlement (US hours) subject to particular banks’ policies or processes.
2)SWIFT: A method of WIRE transfer, suitable for international bank transfers. 3-5 working day settlement (US hours) subject to particular banks’ policies or processes.
We do not charge any fees for depositing/withdrawing, any fees incurred during the transfer process are deducted by the bank. It is recommended to contact the bank to check the specific rate.
