What if I forget my login password

If you forget your login password, please select "Forgot Password" on the login page. You can enter the email address registered to your account and complete a secure verification to reset the password.

Note: You will not be allowed to purchase HUSD, redeem USD or withdraw USD for 24 hours after changing the password.

Please refer to the below for the detailed steps:

1. Select "Forgot Password" on the login page.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account and complete the “slide to verify”.
3. Select “Send” and fill in the code to complete the secure verification.
4. Enter new password, confirm the new password, and submit.
5. Use the new password to log in.
