Step 1) Log in to your account and select [Transaction Inquiry] under [User Center] in the upper right-hand corner. You can find all your historical transaction data.
Step 2) There are several tabs that you can set to inquiry the transactions data you need including transactions type, network platform, transactions status, date. Click [Query] after all is set, the required data will be listed on the page.
Step 3) Click [Export] in the upper right-hand corner of the page, there will be a pop window to confirm the data export request.
- If the data requested is within 12 months, just click [confirm] once all the information is correct, and the transaction data will be downloaded as an excel form.
- If the data requested is 12 months ago or earlier, you will be required to submit the purpose and identification document for reference check, once the application is approved, the transaction data will be sent out to your email via email@example.com in 2 working days.
The requirement of the identification document is below, your application will be rejected if the provided documents do not meet them, the result will be sent to your email by firstname.lastname@example.org.
a) Support pdf/jpg/jpeg/png format, the maximum size is 5M;
b) Individual account requires ID/passport;
c) Institutional accounts need to provide the applicant's identity document (working permit, name tag, business card, or corporate registration seal/shareholder's authorization letter, either one).
